This role is based in our London office (3 days per week), with occasional travel to client sites as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Change Management Delivery
- Apply a structured change management methodology (e.g. Prosci) to lead change activities across multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a range of sectors.
- Play a key role in supporting medium to large-scale transformation projects.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and change readiness assessments to determine the size, scale, complexity and impact of proposed changes.
- Own and lead change management planning, understanding client needs to translate requirements into best-practice, actionable plans and adoption strategies.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact people experience and adoption of new platforms.
- Maintain close relationships with functional teams and project managers to ensure collaboration on deliverables, workshops and client delivery.
- Collaborate with client counterparts in change, L&D and communications.
- Communications
- Understand how different personas will be impacted by transformation and create content to mitigate change resistance.
- Own communications plans and content end-to-end.
- Training
- Support the design, development and delivery of training plans, curriculums and content.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to clients as required.
- Relationship management
- Build trusted relationships with clients, from exec level to project teams, and with internal teams.
- Maintain frequent contact with key client stakeholders to track satisfaction levels and look for ways to improve.
- Practice Development
- Input to proposals, change project scoping and sales collateral.
- Shape the development of iMMERSIVE’s Change Management offerings (toolkits, delivery pillars and ideation sessions).
- Help grow future talent by coaching and providing development opportunities to junior colleagues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Recognised change management certification (e.g. APMG, Prosci).
- 5–8+ years’ hands-on experience managing the “people side of change” in a client-facing environment.
- Experience planning, creating content for, and delivering training.
- Agile project methodology experience.
- Experience with Salesforce implementations.
- AI Fluency – Uses AI tools daily to support delivery; stays current on how AI is reshaping change management practice and client transformation programmes.
- Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication; confident and clear messaging; able to facilitate workshops and client calls with credibility.
- Growth Mindset – Open to learning new products and building knowledge as iMMERSIVE expands its product portfolio.
- Teamwork & Collaboration – Team-oriented with a “can do” attitude; experienced supporting less experienced colleagues.
- Presentation – Able to convey change management expertise and business knowledge to audiences at all levels.
