As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a part in building out Cyber Workforce & AI Resilience as a category — owning a balanced mix of core product marketing and sales enablement across our solution areas. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you'll shape positioning and messaging, and just as importantly, make sure that messaging actually lands with the people in the room with prospects: our sales team.

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Own messaging training and ramp programs that get sales fluent and confident fast — including onboarding fundamentals, live training sessions, and ongoing certification as messaging evolves.
  • Develop positioning and messaging across multiple solution areas, grounded in customer, market, and competitive insight.
  • Build sales-ready collateral — battlecards, one-pagers, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides — that reps actually pick up and use.
  • Partner closely with Product Management to deeply understand roadmap and competitive differentiation, and translate it into consumable, jargon-free content.
  • Support product launches end-to-end, ensuring sales is trained and equipped before day one.
  • Gather direct feedback from sales on what's landing and what isn't, and use it to continuously sharpen training and content.
  • Track adoption and effectiveness of enablement programs, and report back on what's working.

You should apply if you have:

  • 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a closely related field, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience building and delivering training or ramp programs for sales teams, not just producing content for them.
  • A track record of translating technical product capability into messaging that's straightforward and jargon-free.
  • Comfort working autonomously across multiple solution areas at once, with the ability to prioritise as things shift.
  • Strong cross-functional instincts — you'll work closely with Product, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing, in both the UK & US.
  • Sharp writing and presentation skills; you can make complex things simple and engaging.

A nice to have but not essential: understanding of cybersecurity, application security, or enterprise risk, and experience with enablement platforms (e.g. Highspot, Seismic, Showpad).

This role is fully remote, open to candidates based in the UK or US.
