We provide realistic simulations and hands-on cybersecurity labs to evaluate individual and team capabilities and decision-making against the latest threats.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Treasury and Transactional Finance to join our Finance team in Bristol. This role is key to the smooth running of the day-to-day finances at Immersive, taking ownership of both the Procure-to-Pay and Sales-to-Cash process. Alongside this, it encompasses operation of the Group’s bank accounts and cash management as well as supporting the wider team with month-end close. This role will be hybrid, you will be required to be in the Bristol office twice a week.

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Sales to Cash process including Finance review and approval of full sales process and escalation for outstanding debts
  • Procure to Pay Process including PO process management (with Procurement)
  • Review of Payment runs and Bank payments
  • Treasury Management including funding and day-to-day banking
  • Responsibility for VAT/Sales Taxes and support on Corporate Tax preparation
  • Month End processes for relevant areas
  • Line management of two Finance Assistants

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or similar) or QBE
  • Extensive previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
  • Prior experience with key aspects of the role (AR/AP Management, Treasury/cash management in a multi-national group)
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Experience of working within a tech or SaaS
  • Experience in a start-up/scaleup environment is not essential but would be preferred
