The Opportunity
We are looking for a smart, versatile Content Marketing Associate to join the marketing team. This is a writing-first role. We are looking for someone who can write clearly, think commercially, and turn rough ideas into strong, usable content. You should be comfortable working across formats, from LinkedIn posts and campaign copy to blog drafts, customer stories, launch materials, and general marketing content. You will work closely with content, brand, product marketing, digital, and subject matter experts across the business to help shape and deliver marketing content that is sharp, useful, and on message. We are also open to candidates who are confident using AI tools to support research, drafting, editing, and workflow efficiency. We care about quality of thinking and output, not whether someone insists on doing everything the long way round.
What You’ll Do
- Write, edit, and adapt content for a range of marketing needs, including LinkedIn, blogs, web copy, campaign assets, email copy, customer stories, and internal drafts.
- Turn rough notes, interviews, briefings, or source material into clear and engaging written content.
- Support the development of campaign messaging and content across launches, reports, events, and always-on marketing activity.
- Draft organic social content, especially for LinkedIn, in line with company messaging and tone of voice.
- Help maintain content plans and keep work moving across multiple projects.
- Work with internal stakeholders to extract information, shape ideas, and improve the clarity of what we put into market.
- Support editing, proofreading, and quality control across content and communications.
- Use AI tools where helpful to accelerate drafting, summarising, research, or content development, while applying sound judgment and editorial oversight.
- Track basic content and social performance and contribute ideas for improvement.
In this role, success means
- Producing clear, strong written content that improves the quality of our marketing output.
- Helping the team move faster by turning rough thinking into finished drafts.
- Contributing to a more consistent and effective LinkedIn presence.
- Becoming a reliable go-to person for writing, editing, and content support across the team.
Who You Are
- Likely 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, communications, journalism, PR, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, tech, cybersecurity, or agency environments would be useful, but is not essential.
- Experience writing LinkedIn content for a company or senior leaders.
- Experience with blog writing, email copy, web content, or campaign content.
- Familiarity with content management systems, HubSpot, WebFlow, GA4, or social scheduling tools.
- Experience interviewing subject matter experts and turning conversations into usable copy.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Clear judgment on tone, structure, and what makes content worth reading.
- Ability to write for different formats and audiences without sounding generic or overblown.
- Comfortable working from imperfect inputs and shaping them into something clear and useful.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple pieces of work at once.
- Interested in B2B marketing, technology, cybersecurity, or complex subject matter.
- Comfortable using AI tools sensibly as part of a modern content workflow.
- Positive attitude, low ego, and willingness to turn your hand to whatever is needed.
- Strong early-career candidates with excellent writing samples will also be considered.
We encourage people of all different backgrounds and identities to apply.
Benefits
- Time off, flexible and remote working so you can work when is best for you, includes 25 days annual leave + 2 volunteering days and birthday day off.
- Look after your family and yourself with enhanced parental leave, mindfulness groups, critical illness cover.
- Career and learning development through the platform and our ‘Learn Anything’ fund.
- Share in the company's success with share options, sales incentives and Recognition & Rewards for doing great work and living our values and behaviours.
- Informal or formal flexible working options, e.g. flexible start and finish times, reduced hours, job share, remote working.
- We’re a sociable, tight-knit team with monthly socials, and sports clubs. Our socials have included everything from pottery painting and paper mask making, to movie nights and escape rooms.
- While this is a remote position, we do all meet in our EMEA HQ on a bi-annual basis and regularly in person in region.
