About Immersive Gamebox: Immersive Gamebox (IGB) is a fast-scaling location-based entertainment company redefining how people play together in the real world. We create immersive, social gaming experiences powered by proprietary technology and world-class content, partnering with major studios like Netflix, Sony, and Paramount to bring globally loved IP to life. With 35+ venues across the UK, US, and internationally, 2M+ players, and backing from tier-1 investors, our ambition is to become the world’s leading immersive entertainment platform, with 500+ locations globally and experiences across film, TV, sport and music.
This isn’t B2B SaaS, and it isn’t traditional leisure. We build real-world experiences that millions of people love – combining technology, content and physical spaces in a way few businesses can.
To date, we have:
- Raised $60m+ from top investors across the UK & US
- Welcomed over 2M players with 60,000+ 5* reviews
- Brought globally loved franchises such as Squid Game, Batman, Ghostbusters, Angry Birds, and Floor is Lava, bringing fans closer to the worlds they love, with many more in the pipeline!
We’re launching a new, plug-and-play format – designed to sit in third-party venues and run autonomously. It combines physical hardware, software-driven content, and continuously refreshed experiences, built to be easy for partners to install, operate, and monetise.
The opportunity is simple: we have a proven entertainment product, strong consumer demand and a format that can be rolled out into high-footfall venues globally. Now we need someone who can help us get it in front of the right partners, sell the opportunity and drive deals forward.
The Role: This is a sales-first role. You will be responsible for finding prospects, starting conversations, pitching the product, building momentum and helping convert opportunities into live partnerships. You should be excited by outbound sales, energised by speaking to people, and comfortable being measured by activity, pipeline progression and deals closed. We are looking for someone who enjoys the chase: identifying the right person, getting their attention, creating urgency and moving them through the funnel.
You will need to be commercially sharp, but above all, you need to be persuasive, proactive, resilient and hungry to sell. As an early member of this team, you won’t inherit a perfect playbook. You’ll help build it by being in-market, learning what works, testing messaging, refining the pitch, and creating momentum through sheer commercial energy.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the full partnership sales cycle from initial outreach through to negotiation and close
- Identify, research, and engage prospective partners through outbound prospecting, market mapping, referrals, networking, and any other creative lead generation activities
- Manage inbound partnership enquiries, qualify opportunities, and convert high-potential leads into active deals
- Lead structured discovery and commercial conversations with prospective partners, quickly identifying decision-makers, commercial drivers, operational requirements, and likelihood to convert
- Present IGB’s proposition clearly and persuasively, tailoring your approach to each opportunity.
- Learn what sells and improve the playbook
- Negotiate commercial terms within agreed frameworks and progress opportunities through to signed partnership agreements
- Run a disciplined and highly organised partnership pipeline, ensuring CRM data, follow-ups, forecasting, commercial documentation, and next steps are consistently accurate, prioritised, and actioned at pace.
About You:
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, BD, partnerships, recruitment or a similar commercial role (we’re open if you can demonstrate you’re a fit)
- You enjoy the chase – you’re energised by hunting for deals, opening doors, pitching, persuading and turning interest into action
- You’re a natural at building rapport quickly and can turn conversations into clear commercial next steps
- You’re self-motivated, resilient, target-driven, and enjoy moving fast, taking ownership and creating momentum
- You’re a strong communicator, comfortable engaging with both internal and external stakeholders with charisma, confidence and clarity.
- You’re ambitious, and you want to rise faster than would be possible in any 'normal' career - you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is required.
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and energised by working in a fast-moving, growing business.
Added Bonus:
- You have a track record of high performance in whatever environment you’ve been in, whether sales, sport, academics, business or another field
- You’re familiar with sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
Why Join Us?
- Sell a product people genuinely love – IGB is fun, social and easy to understand. It brings people together in the real world and creates memorable experiences for friends, families, colleagues and fans.
- Join a fast-growing international business – we already have 35+ venues across UK, US and internationally, and we’re now entering the next phase of growth as we scale new formats, new channels and new markets.
- Help build a major new growth channel from the ground up — you won’t just inherit a mature sales process; you’ll help shape how we target partners, pitch the opportunity and scale the channel.
- Accelerated career progression – we promote based on results, not tenure
- Fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture – where you’ll learn by doing and have the freedom to own your work end-to-end.
Next Steps: If you’re excited by the opportunity and think you have the energy, ambition and commercial drive to help us take this product to market, we’d love to hear from you. Relevant experience matters, but we care just as much about mindset, hunger and sales instinct. We are looking for someone who wants to sell, wants to win and wants to grow quickly.
