  • Champion Object‑Oriented UX (OOUX) to create reusable components and streamlined workflows aligned with core platform entities.
  • Govern the evolution of our design system to guarantee cross‑product consistency, accessibility, and intelligent adaptability.
  • Leverage customer insights, behavioral analytics, and metrics to prioritize roadmap initiatives and measure the tangible impact of design.
  • Collaborate with engineering partners to ensure the thoughtful, consistent, and scalable implementation of all product features.

We’d love to hear from you if you have proven experience in the following areas:

  • Extensive experience in product or UX design, particularly within complex SaaS enterprise, data‑driven, and platform environments. Experience working in a Cybersecurity company would also be very advantageous but not essential.
  • Demonstrated track record designing for intelligent interfaces, and automation‑driven user experiences.
  • Experience collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, including machine learning, data science, and platform engineering.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills to strategically partner with product, engineering, and research to align design outcomes with core business and user objectives.
  • Expertise in systems thinking, sophisticated interaction design, and establishing robust, data‑connected workflows.
  • Proficiency in Figma, coupled with deep, hands‑on experience in building and leveraging design systems.
  • Familiarity with or a strong interest in Object‑Oriented UX (OOUX), advanced information architecture, and data modeling principles.
  • Ability to define, track, and analyze success metrics to measure the tangible impact and effectiveness of design solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to influence and align diverse, senior‑level stakeholders.
