Do you want to work alongside the UK’s biggest retailer and the world\’s best known family entertainment brand? We are now looking for a superb Supervisor to join our team based in Primark Belfast. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the Cafe, ensuring seamless service delivery. Lead and inspire the Cafe Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service. Coordinate food preparation, beverage service, and maintaining high food safety standards. Foster a magical atmosphere from the moment guests step in until their departure. Efficiently manage queues and ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold brand standards, while maintaining cleanliness and safety. Execute Opening and Closing procedures with precision. Contribute to restocking and stock rotation efforts. Qualifications and Skills: Prior experience in food and beverage roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Customer-centric mindset with a flair for creating enchanting experiences. Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Leadership skills that inspire teamwork and initiative. Flexible availability including weekends and weekdays.
