We provide realistic simulations and hands-on cybersecurity labs to evaluate individual and team capabilities and decision-making against the latest threats.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Treasury and Transactional Finance to join our Finance team in Bristol. This role is key to the smooth running of the day-to-day finances at Immersive, taking ownership of both the Procure-to-Pay and Sales-to-Cash process. Alongside this, it encompasses operation of the Group’s bank accounts and cash management as well as supporting the wider team with month-end close. This role will be hybrid, you will be required to be in the Bristol office twice a week.
Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):
- Sales to Cash process including Finance review and approval of full sales process and escalation for outstanding debts
- Procure to Pay Process including PO process management (with Procurement)
- Review of Payment runs and Bank payments
- Treasury Management including funding and day-to-day banking
- Responsibility for VAT/Sales Taxes and support on Corporate Tax preparation
- Month End processes for relevant areas
- Line management of two Finance Assistants
You should apply if you have (we know it’s tough, but please try to avoid the confidence gap. You don’t have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role):
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or similar) or QBE
- Extensive previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
- Prior experience with key aspects of the role (AR/AP Management, Treasury/cash management in a multi-national group)
- Experience managing a small team
- Experience of working within a tech or SaaS
- Experience in a start-up/scaleup environment is not essential but would be preferred
