The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will lead a successful nursery, ensuring high standards of care, education and operational excellence. You will drive educational outcomes, team performance and occupancy growth while embedding Montessori values and child-centred learning throughout the setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of a high-quality curriculum aligned with Montessori principles
- Support, coach and develop staff to deliver exceptional childcare and education
- Drive occupancy growth while maintaining a positive team culture
- Work closely with senior leaders and quality teams to improve standards
- Ensure safeguarding, compliance and operational excellence
About You
We are looking for a confident and driven early years leader with strong management experience and a passion for Montessori-inspired learning.
Essential Requirements
- Leadership experience within an early years or nursery setting
- Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and compliance
- Experience xiskglj delivering high-quality learning outcomes and leading teams
- Commercial awareness with a focus on occupancy and retention
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Montessori experience is highly desirable
