This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Nursery Manager or an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager ready to take the next step into their first management role.

Educational Leadership

We're looking for a passionate and inspiring leader with a strong background in early years education. Whether you're already managing a nursery or are an experienced Deputy Manager looking for the opportunity to step up, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll ideally have:
Experience as a Nursery Manager or significant experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager ready to progress into a management role.
A recognised Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education.
GCSE or Functional Skills qualification in Maths (or willingness to achieve this upon joining).
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
Experience delivering high-quality learning outcomes and curriculum planning.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams.
A commercial mindset with experience improving occupancy, team engagement and operational performance.
Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
