  • Collaborate with the commercial team to shape programme positioning, providing feedback on messaging, customer needs, and market differentiation.
  • Initiate and manage relationships with external partners, including Oxford and Cambridge colleges (accommodation, catering and facilities), external venues (classrooms, lecture theatres, experiences) to support programme enrichment and commercial appeal.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to ensure communications and campaign materials accurately reflect programme delivery.
  • Respond to sales and parent enquiries to help convert leads and reinforce Immerse’s reputation for excellence.
  • Oversee all logistical components of the student journey: accommodation, activities, safeguarding, and transport – delivering high-value experiences with efficiency and consistency.
  • Be confident leading staff training and managing staff performance to ensure a well-prepared seasonal delivery team.
  • Support cross-site delivery during delivery periods and provide out-of-hours management (evenings and weekends) as required.
  • Oversee incident management and ensure we deliver exceptional standards of participant safeguarding, care and wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Commercial acumen, with an understanding of how operational delivery supports customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite; experience with CRM/marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Expert knowledge of Cambridge and Oxford is advantageous.
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently when needed.

Why Join Us

  • 33 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays)
  • Additional leave for birthday and work anniversary
  • Life and dental insurance
  • One-month overseas remote work option
  • Access to wellness and reward benefits through YuLife
