Immerse Education are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and growing early years provider for a passionate and experienced Regional Operations Manager . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic organisation dedicated to delivering premium quality early years education across a network of nurseries.
The Opportunity
As Regional Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational leadership of a group of nurseries within your region. You will lead and develop a team of Area Managers to consistently deliver the highest standards of care, education, compliance, and commercial performance. This is a senior, field-based role that requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of early years education.
What You\’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will drive operational excellence through hands-on support and collaboration. You’ll ensure each nursery is delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families, meeting regulatory and internal standards, and contributing to the organisation’s continued success. You’ll oversee the performance of your region’s nurseries, supporting them to meet and exceed occupancy and financial targets, while also nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and development. You will be a key connection between the field and the central support functions, ensuring effective communication and alignment of strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading, developing, and supporting a team of Area Managers
- Overseeing regional quality and compliance standards
- Managing the operational P&L and driving financial performance
- Collaborating with internal departments including People, Finance, Marketing, and Quality to deliver business-wide initiatives
- Managing the successful integration of new or acquired nursery settings
- Developing and executing plans to address performance challenges and drive growth
What We\’re Looking For
We’re looking for a proven operational leader with experience in a multi-site management role within the early years or wider education sector. You will have a strong track record of managing large teams, achieving business targets, and improving service delivery in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
You must hold a full and relevant Early Years Qualification, preferably at graduate level or equivalent, and have in-depth knowledge of UK early years standards and regulations. You will have previously worked in a Multi-Site Leadership role within Nurseries and Early Years Settings.
You will be a confident, inspiring leader with outstanding communication and coaching skills. You’ll bring a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, excellent organisational ability, and the resilience to manage complex demands and competing priorities. You’ll be commercially savvy, results-driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes for children, families, and the business.

- Travel: Extensive regional and occasional UK-wide travel required
- Base: Field-based with flexibility to work from home and attend Head Office when needed
