  • Experiment with growth tactics (e.g., A/B testing, landing page optimisation, lead magnets) to achieve rapid, measurable results.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot, and adapt strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers (e.g. design, content, sales) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across platforms. Manage website content and ensure it reflects brand ambitions.
  • Stay agile and proactive, changing campaigns and approaches based on data and feedback.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and audience insights to identify untapped marketing opportunities.
  • Contribute to shaping the marketing roadmap, identifying and prioritising the highest-impact initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • At least 2+ years of marketing experience with a strong grasp of digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, PPC, social media, content creation, and email marketing.
  • Comfortable with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).
