As a Nursery Practitioner, you will take the lead in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, ensuring the holistic development of children in your care. Learning Environment – Design and maintain safe, engaging, and educational spaces that support children’s development. Activity Planning – Deliver age-appropriate activities aligned with EYFS standards to promote children’s physical, emotional, and social growth. Child Development – Act as a Key Person for a group of children, tracking their progress, meeting their personal care needs, and fostering strong partnerships with families.
