What will you be doing? As Nursery Manager you will lead an outstanding nursery ensuring it remains a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. You will be instrumental in shaping educational outcomes and team success. Key responsibilities include:
- Educational Leadership – Champion the delivery of a cutting-edge curriculum that prepares children for lifelong learning.

- Operational Management – With a central team handling administration tasks such as invoicing and health & safety, your focus will be on team leadership and nursery development.

Who are we looking for? We are seeking a driven individual with a solid foundation in early years education and proven management experience. You will be a natural leader, capable of motivating teams, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of inclusion and high performance. Essential qualifications and experience include:
- Experience in a managerial or leadership role within an early years or nursery setting
- A recognised Level 3 qualification or higher in early years education
- GCSE or functional skills qualification in maths (or willingness to obtain upon employment)
- Strong understanding of early years education, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in curriculum planning and delivering high-quality educational outcomes
- Demonstrated success in team leadership and achieving performance targets
- Strategic mindset with a focus on occupancy growth and staff retention
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
