Overview
We are looking for a Faculty Recruitment Manager to join Immerse Education, a leading provider of educational experiences to students across the world, comprising residential summer schools and online short courses.
We are looking for a bright and ambitious individual to join our growing team with a focus on recruiting academic and support staff across all of our programmes and opportunities, including summer schools, online programmes and ad-hoc webinars. Your mission will be to hire exceptional talent to deliver our world-class educational experiences, with the support of a team.
As the manager of the team, you will be responsible for building a talent pool of staff to be deployed in our programmes. This includes generating a pipeline of applicants, headhunting specialist/urgent positions and ensuring all recruited staff are successfully onboarded, including with sufficient compliance documentation. Immerse Education delivers programmes across the world, meaning you will be responsible for ensuring recruitment procedures and documentation are appropriate for the country a programme takes place in.
Your success will be measured by meeting recruitment targets within set time periods and ensuring an applicant\βs suitability for the position advertised. You will be accountable for developing our channels of recruitment as well as maintaining good relationships with all seasonal staff.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment of 300+ teaching and support faculty across all of our locations
- Maintain and expand a database of staff, whilst ensuring all records are up to date
- Line-manage a small team
- Establish a professional flow of communication with all seasonal staff, updating them of deadlines for submitting teaching materials, sending reminders and first-day arrival instructions
- Generate applications by advertising through a variety of channels
- Track applicants from initial application through to contracting and compliance via Salesforce
- Manage our online talent marketplace for academic tutors, Spacewalk
- Liaise regularly with operational delivery teams to understand hiring requirements and vacancy volumes
- Ensure all contracts and relevant compliance paperwork have been completed before the contract start date, as appropriate for the country in which the programme takes place
- Organise the payment of seasonal staff at the end of their contract
- Identify and implement technological improvements, such as automating or streamlining processes
- Headhunt urgent and/or specialist vacancies
- Regular performance and progress reports
Requirements
- At least 3+ years experience in a recruitment role
- Experience recruiting for educational positions and a demonstrable understanding of the compliance documentation required to adhere to accreditation requirements
- Experience in high-volume recruiting
- Excellent organisational, analytical and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Advantageous: Experience working in a summer school environment
- Advantageous: Experience using applicant management systems such as Breezy, Salesforce or Spacewalk
