Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Director to lead and expand Immensa’s most important enterprise customer relationships. This role is responsible for driving long-term value creation across major accounts, ensuring customers fully adopt and scale Immensa’s Digital Inventory solutions. You will operate at the intersection of commercial leadership, account strategy, and executive engagement, guiding the growth of key partnerships across multiple sites, business units, and stakeholders. Working closely with our commercial, technical, and operational teams, you will ensure Immensa is positioned as a trusted long-term partner supporting critical supply chain and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Leadership
    • Own and develop a portfolio of Immensa’s most important enterprise accounts within Energy and asset-intensive industries.
    • Build trusted executive relationships across engineering, operations, supply chain, procurement, and leadership teams.
    • Act as the senior commercial sponsor for key customers and manage complex organisational dynamics.
  • Long-Term Account Growth
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities and Immensa’s growth objectives.
    • Identify and prioritise expansion opportunities across additional sites, business units, and use cases.
    • Grow Immensa’s share of wallet while protecting long-term customer trust and partnership.
  • Customer Value & Adoption
    • Ensure customers fully adopt and maximise the value of their Digital Inventory programmes.
    • Coordinate with internal technical, operational, and delivery teams to support successful deployments.
    • Maintain strong visibility into customer priorities, risks, and evolving operational challenges.
  • Executive Engagement & Governance
    • Facilitate senior-level discussions, reviews, and strategic planning sessions with customer leadership.
    • Manage complex enterprise relationships across multi-layered organisations.
    • Act as escalation point for critical customer issues or strategic discussions.
  • Account Intelligence & Expansion Strategy
    • Synthesise field intelligence across accounts to identify strategic growth opportunities.
    • Prioritise investment across accounts based on readiness, value, and impact.
    • Maintain disciplined forecasting and account planning processes.

Required Experience & Background

  • Essential
    • 10+ years’ experience in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or major account leadership.
    • Proven success initiating and expanding complex enterprise relationships.
    • Experience working with large organisations in Oil & Gas or Energy industry.
    • Strong executive presence with experience engaging senior stakeholders and decision makers.
    • Demonstrated ability to grow strategic accounts over multi-year partnerships.
  • Highly Desirable
    • Experience in Energy industry supply chain, manufacturing, or spare parts.
    • Familiarity with spare parts management, MRO, asset management, or industrial operations.
    • Experience managing multi-site or global enterprise customers.
