  • Collaborate with the People Partnering and ED&I team on training, feedback sessions, surveys, and policies that create lasting cultural change and foster a forward‑thinking and inclusive workplace.
  • Champion wellbeing initiatives, by promoting mental health awareness, encouraging use of EAPs, Mental Health Champions/First Aiders, flexible working, or wellbeing tools.
  • Ensure all company policies, guidelines and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of UK employment law and confidence in handling employee relations matters (e.g., performance management, wellbeing, conflict resolution, change management).
  • Data‑driven mindset – comfortable analysing people data and using insights to shape decisions and strategies.
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to guide and challenge managers at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to build trusted relationships, simplify complex issues, and adapt your style to different audiences.
  • Collaborative and cross‑functional – experienced in working closely with teams like Talent, Reward, L&D, and EDI to deliver an end‑to‑end people experience.
  • Proactive problem‑solver – you spot issues before they escalated and create practical, people‑first solutions.
  • Passion for culture and wellbeing – committed to building an inclusive, engaging environment where people can thrive.
  • Organisational design and change experience (desirable) – helping shape teams and structures that support business growth.
