About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Executive to support the execution and optimisation of subscription marketing campaigns. This role will be pivotal in setting up and managing offers on our subscriptions platform, coordinating the creation of new campaign offer pages, and ensuring the smooth operations of tasks linked to our marketing activities.
As a Marketing Operations Executive, you will:
- Manage and maintain live subscription offers within our subscription management platform
- Coordinate the creation and launch of new marketing campaign offers in collaboration with the subscription acquisition and retention teams
- Ensure accurate setup and timely rollout of promotional activity
- Setup offer campaign pages and ensure all offer details, including pricing, are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with campaign objectives
- Liaise closely with colleagues from the subscription acquisition, CRO, retention, pricing, and data teams to support the full campaign lifecycle
- Act as a key point of contact for operational execution of marketing activity
- Manage the ordering and fulfilment process of customer incentives through our distribution partners
- Monitor inventory levels and delivery performance to ensure excellent customer experience
- Manage and monitor data flows to support outbound telemarketing campaigns
- Work with internal data teams to ensure correct audience segmentation and timely data delivery
- Support in managing our Customer Service partner to deliver excellent service levels & timely resolve for our customers
- Act as a back-up resource in supporting to resolve customer escalations in a timely manner
- Provide support in regular & timely voice of customer reporting
Requirements
- 1 plus years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in media, publishing, or a recurring revenue business
- Familiarity with subscription management systems and campaign execution platforms
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working with data and managing processes involving data flows and reporting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail
