About the role

As a Learning & Inclusion Coordinator, you will support the delivery of Immediate's learning, inclusion and capability priorities across the business.

Working closely with the Learning, Inclusion & Development Specialist, the L&D Business Partner, and the wider People team, you will help coordinate learning programmes, employee engagement initiatives, and inclusion activities that create a positive employee experience and support our culture of continuous learning.

You'll gain experience across learning technology, AI capability programmes, employee engagement, events, communications and data, while working with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of learning programmes, workshops and events, including AI Skills Labs, the Content Academy and other capability initiatives.
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of learning platforms, including One Immediate, Linked In Learning and the Content Academy, ensuring content remains accurate, accessible and up to date.
  • Act as the first point of contact for learner and employee queries, providing support across learning and inclusion initiatives.
  • Coordinate programme logistics, communications, attendance tracking and learner administration to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Create and schedule internal communications, including newsletters, intranet updates and learning campaigns.
  • Produce reporting, analytics and dashboards to measure participation, engagement and programme effectiveness.
  • Coordinate Immediate's network groups and inclusion forums, including agendas, awareness campaigns, employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support the delivery of training sessions, workshops and awareness initiatives across learning and inclusion.
  • Provide project coordination across learning, inclusion and wider People initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Raise purchase orders, coordinate invoices and support supplier and facilitator management.
  • Maintain learning resources, toolkits and guidance materials across learning platforms and the intranet.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling employee information and sensitive organisational data.

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative, assistant or coordinator role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with digital systems, databases or learning platforms.
  • Confidence working with data, reporting and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A genuine interest in learning, inclusion, employee engagement and organisational development.
