About the role:
Radio Times is seeking a Gaming Content Creator to create engaging and informative digital content about video games to help expand our thriving Gaming channels across YouTube, social media and RT-owned platforms. This role is perfect for a passionate gamer with a flair for creating content and storytelling, eager to share their expertise and insights with a broad audience.

Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of the gaming industry, including familiarity with various gaming platforms, genres, and trends.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and informative content.
- Experience with multimedia content creation, such as video production or social media content.
- Strong interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and collaborating with team members.
- Ability to adapt to changing trends, topics and ways of working within the gaming industry and the media world.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new platforms is essential.
- Demonstrable experience in creation of video content is strongly preferred.
- A strong social media presence or experience with community engagement is preferred.
- Understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to online content is preferred.
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital analytics tools is preferred.
