Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing transport and delivery documentation
- Update transport records
- Support scheduling of deliveries and collections
- Communicate with drivers, customers and warehouse staff
- Monitor delivery progress and report delays or issues
- File and organise transport paperwork accurately
- Help maintain driver and vehicle records
- Answer telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Learn company transport procedures and compliance requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the logistics team
- Picking and packing – manual handling in the warehouse when required
