Immediate Response are recruiting for Inbound Sales Advisors for a fantastic client based in Milton Keynes. This is a permanent position offering fantastic career progression, excellent basic salary of £21,000 and an amazing team culture and fresh and modern call centre.
What do you need for this amazing opportunity:
- Previous Telesales or sales experience, ideally over the phone.
- Proven track record of achieving and hitting sales targets.
- Ability to handle objections and confidence to close the sales.
- Be resilient to set backs and pick yourself up when things don’t always go your way.
- Ideally - You will come from a FSA or Insurance background but other sectors will be considered.

What will you be doing:
You will be taking inbound calls from customers who are looking to take out insurance policies for either home or car insurance. They will be contacting you off the back of marketing campaigns that have taken place within the area, or to confirm a quote they have checked via the company's website or comparison websites. This is a warm inbound call centre environment, NO COLD CALLING.
Hours of Work:
- Week 1 - 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday - 9am - 2pm - Saturday
- Week 2 - 9am - 6pm Monday - Thursday - Friday Off
- Week 3 - 11am - 8pm Monday- Thursday - 9am - 6pm Friday
This is a permanent position and if you are successful you would have to go through a telephone interview, face to face interview and a group assessment.
