My client is a market leader within its sector and is looking to expand their telesales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a market leader and be proud to work for a company that offers an amazing salary/commission and working environment.
Salary: £21,000 basic uncapped commission but on target earnings are £31k, however there are a number of people achieving the £40k+ salary a year.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm or 9am to 6pm.
The team are friendly and helpful and promote people to do well. They also have star of the day, weekly competitions and team nights out.
The Role of Telecoms Telesales Consultant:
- Making contact with existing companies and clients and promote additional services.
- Upsell other areas of the business.
- Arrange appointments for the field sales team to go out and complete sales.
- Customer service, ensuring customers are happy with current packages and services to encourage additional products.
- Utilise Salesforce system to ensure information is captured correctly.
- Build pipeline business and manage time appropriately.
- Take inbound calls from current customers or your own customers regarding the service and products.
- Liaise with outdoor senior management to understand and obtain business awareness and to discuss new large clients and create a strategy to convert.
What do you need - Telecoms Telesales Consultant:
- Previous outbound sales experience.
- Ability to overcome objections and setbacks, and work as a team to achieve personal and team targets.
- Resilient.
- Self-motivated and ability to work on your own initiative to achieve targets.
- Driven and motivated and able to achieve sales targets.
There will be a 2-stage interview for this role with immediate starts available.
Stage 1: You will sit with the team and listen into calls to obtain a full understanding of the role. You will then have to complete a psychometric test along with a numeracy and literature test. The final stage will be a short conversation regarding the role and some questions around your previous experiences.
Stage 2: Will be a more in-depth interview based around a competency style interview looking to draw out examples of past sales experiences.
Start date is looking to be the 13th May 2019, interviews will be taking place over the next few weeks.
