About the role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Paid Social Executive to support the day-to-day management of our paid social media campaigns. This role is ideal for someone early in their digital marketing career who is eager to learn, grow, and impact high-performing campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. The Paid Social Executive will be part of the Customer Marketing and Subscriptions team, reporting to the Paid Social Manager/Lead.
Responsibilities include delivering, optimizing, and reporting on all paid social campaigns across our business portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the setup, execution, and monitoring of paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
- Building campaigns, selecting targeting, uploading creatives, and writing ad copy.
- Monitoring campaign performance daily and flagging issues or opportunities for optimization.
- Pulling weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Supporting A/B testing for audiences, creatives, and messaging.
- Keeping up-to-date with platform updates and best practices.
- Maintaining organized campaign tracking processes.
Minimum requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of marketing experience (agency or in-house) or relevant internship.
- A passion for digital marketing and social media.
- Basic understanding of paid social platforms (Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Data curiosity and comfort working with numbers and performance analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective time management and multitasking skills.
- Professional, proactive work ethic.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English.
