About the role

The Subscriptions Growth Delivery Manager will play a central role in driving the successful delivery of key subscription growth initiatives across the business. Reporting into the Strategic Delivery Lead, this role will coordinate strategically important cross‑functional programmes spanning Marketing, Brand and Product & Tech teams, ensuring priorities remain aligned and delivery stays on track.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross‑functional subscription growth programmes across Marketing, Brand and Product & Tech teams
  • Own programme delivery timelines, ensuring initiatives are prioritised, tracked and delivered effectively
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and working sessions, synthesising inputs and driving alignment across teams
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps, ensuring clear visibility of milestones, dependencies and risks
  • Support campaign and product launch coordination across multiple workstreams
  • Own programme reporting, including dashboards, OKR tracking and delivery governance
  • Translate performance and commercial data into clear actions and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project or programme management within a fast‑paced commercial, product or marketing environment
  • An understanding of subscription models is highly advantageous, as is publishing experience
  • A proven track record of getting up to speed quickly on business models and requirements
  • The ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, governance processes and delivery plans
  • Strong cross‑functional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and tracking capabilities
  • Experience managing delivery roadmaps, timelines and prioritisation across multiple teams
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal
  • Commercially literate with the ability to understand performance data and identify business impact
  • Able to operate strategically while remaining hands‑on in delivery and execution
  • Collaborative, personable and confident, building strong working relationships across teams
