About the role

We are seeking a proactive, organised and creative Brand Marketing Executive to support the delivery of MadeForMums’ brand marketing activity. This is an execution-focused role responsible for running awards and accreditation programmes, leading the Make It Matter social-cause pillar, supporting strategic partnerships, and creating social output from our editorial content that amplifies our brand moments.

Working closely with editorial, audience, community and commercial teams, you will help ensure MadeForMums delivers consistent, trusted and high-impact brand activity across the year.

You’ll love this role if you love:

  • Delivering brand campaigns and awards that parents genuinely trust
  • Working cross-functionally with editorial, social, community and commercial teams
  • Bringing brand moments to life through well-organised, purpose-led execution
  • Creating social content within clear formats and guidelines

As a Brand Marketing Executive, you will:

  • Run Awards entrant logistics and promotional activity across the MadeForMums Awards portfolio (e.g. Toys, School Uniform, Tech, Bathtime), including timelines, submissions and amplification
  • Lead the Make It Matter social-cause pillar from a campaign execution perspective, coordinating messaging and activation across site, social, newsletters and PR
  • Monitor and report on the performance of brand campaigns, awards and social activity, sharing clear summaries, learnings and recommendations to inform future activity
  • Use performance data, audience insight and platform trends to help understand what content and messaging resonates most with our audience, feeding insights back into campaign planning and social execution
  • Own day-to-day social content creation for brand and campaign activity, following preset templates, formats and brand guidelines to adapt editorial content for social platforms
  • Drive year-round brand visibility, supporting PR moments, industry activity and brand storytelling
  • Support strategic partnerships and partner-led campaigns, ensuring activity is delivered on-brand and editorially aligned
  • Create social copy, captions and basic visual or video assets to support awards, campaigns, advertising and partnerships
  • Work closely with Audience and Community teams to ensure social content is optimised for each platform
  • Coordinate delivery across editorial, social, audience and commercial stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Maintain campaign trackers, timelines and asset management to ensure activity is delivered accurately and on time
  • Ensure all activity adheres to Immediate’s editorial standards and relevant commercial guidelines

Requirements

  • Experience in brand marketing, campaign delivery or marketing coordination (media, publishing or content-led environments would be a plus)
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and effective content formats by channel
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with an interest in purpose-led and community-driven brands
  • Data-savvy with the ability to create campaign performance reports for stakeholders
  • Experience of using Canva
  • AI-curious with an appetite to experiment
