About the role
Join a leading media organisation that’s transforming through data and AI. We’re always keen to hear from talented Junior Data Analysts who are excited to explore, experiment, and help shape how millions experience our content & products. This is more than a reporting role; it’s your chance to turn data into stories, insights, and products that shape decisions every day. You’ll work with internal data platforms spanning audience, content performance, and commercial outcomes. Using modern analytics tools and AI‑augmented solutions, you’ll help uncover patterns, automate processes, and build simple but powerful dashboards for stakeholders across editorial and commercial teams.

Requirements
- Analytical thinker with a foundation in statistics, data visualisation, or data modelling.
- Comfortable using tools such as Azure, Looker Studio, GA4, SQL or Python for analysis.
- Curious about how AI and automation can enhance analytics workflows.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset - eager to experiment, learn, and contribute ideas.
- Strong communicator who can distil technical findings into clear, compelling insights.
