  • Work closely with Facilities to ensure statutory inspections, fire safety arrangements, and building compliance are maintained.
  • Provide health and safety input into office changes, refurbishments, and workplace projects.
  • Lead health and safety planning for filming and content creation activities, both within live office environments and on external locations.
  • Create, review, and approve filming‐specific risk assessments and method statements.
  • Attend pre‐production meetings and location recces where required to identify hazards and agree practical control measures.
  • Support safe setup and strike of filming equipment in office environments, ensuring business continuity and emergency access are maintained.
  • Lead the redesign and simplification of risk assessment processes, ensuring they are clear, usable, and fit for purpose.
  • Develop and maintain standardised risk assessment templates for office activities and common filming scenarios.
  • Design, implement, and manage an online health and safety portal for staff.
  • Act as system owner for health and safety platforms, ensuring data accuracy and continuous improvement.
  • Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring lessons learned are captured and actions implemented.
  • Ensure RIDDOR reporting requirements are met where applicable.
  • Analyse trends in incidents, near misses, and sickness absence to inform preventative action.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide clear reporting to management.
  • Develop and coordinate health and safety training relevant to office working and filming activities.
  • Deliver practical briefings and guidance to staff, freelancers, and managers.
