The predicted salary is between 22400 - 28800 £ per year.
Part time, 4 days per week. You'll be supporting Immediate’s internal Events Team four days a week, on a 12‑month contract. You’ll provide support at flagship events and give administrative and hands‑on support on smaller events and activities. The Events Team works closely with the wider People Team and many other brands & teams across the business.
Responsibilities
- On‑site support at flagship and ad‑hoc events, assisting the Events Team with all day tasks.
- Support Event Executives on All Company Days, including speaker liaison, general running of the day and other ad‑hoc duties.
- Hands‑on event support: runner, guest check‑in and set‑up.
- Research creative event ideas and content as directed by Event Executives.
- Manage guest lists, liaise with suppliers, source products for event goody bags.
- Work on risk assessments for events.
- Build and edit registration pages for events, writing basic copy where required.
- General office admin: raise POs, organise the events cupboard and additional duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an events, hospitality or creative environment.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Flexible and willing to work extended hours or late on event days.
- Able to work from the Hammersmith office at least 2 days a week.
- Strong IT skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Excel, Google Docs.
- Great verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Takes initiative.
