• Early Years Assistants
• Early Years Educators
• Room Leaders/Third in Charge

In these roles, you will play a key part in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can grow, learn, and thrive.

• Deliver high-quality childcare in line with EYFS standards.

• Lead and motivate your team to create a positive, engaging environment.

Room Leader Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily running of your allocated room.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children.
• Deliver high-quality childcare in line with EYFS standards.
• Support each child’s individual learning journey, independence, and next steps.
• Lead and motivate your team to create a positive, engaging environment.

Working Hours

• Up to 45 hours per week across 4 or 5 days.
• Flexible shifts between 7:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Year-round position (52 weeks).

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential:

• Enhanced DBS check.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship visas).
• Childcare Level 3 qualification for Room Leaders / Early Years Educators.
• Childcare Level 2 qualification for Nursery Assistants.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices.

Desirable:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Room Leader or in a leadership role.
• SEND knowledge or experience.
• Paediatric First Aid qualification (preferred but not essential).

• Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity, patience, and adaptability.
• Ability to work well in a team and use initiative when needed.
