About this Role The Head of Drama is responsible for leading the department, inspiring a love of their subject, and delivering lessons to enable our pupils to achieve academic excellence. The post holder will provide strong subject leadership, ensuring outstanding teaching and learning across all key stages, and will play a central role in promoting the importance of drama across the wider life of the school. The successful candidate will combine excellent classroom practice with the ability to contribute to pupils' understanding and appreciation of the world of performing arts, including through delivery of co-curricular activities.
