The Head of Music is responsible for leading and inspiring a love of their subject and developing and delivering lessons to enable our pupils to achieve academic excellence. The post holder will provide strong subject leadership, ensuring outstanding teaching and learning across all key stages, and will play a central role in promoting the importance of music within the wider life of the school.

The successful candidate will combine excellent classroom practice with the ability to contribute to pupils' understanding and appreciation of music, including through delivery of enrichment opportunities such as concerts, participation in choirs and orchestras, and a variety of co‑curricular activities.
