Part-Time Barista – Artisan Bakery (Sundays)
Imma the Bakery is an independent artisan bakery in Oxford, specialising in naturally leavened sourdough bread, freshly baked pastries and speciality coffee.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced barista to join our small, friendly Front of House team.
As a barista at Imma, you’ll be responsible for preparing consistently excellent coffee while delivering warm, attentive and efficient customer service.
We’re a busy bakery, particularly during our morning rush, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure and takes pride in the quality of every drink they prepare.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality espresso-based drinks.
- Dialling in espresso and adjusting grinder settings to maintain consistency.
- Texturing milk and producing well-presented drinks.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee station.
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service.
- Taking orders, handling payments and assisting with general Front of House duties.
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
This is a part-time position, primarily covering Sundays from 7am–2pm, with the possibility of additional shifts on Fridays and Saturdays.
