Job Description
- Conduct industry research, case analysis, and benchmarking research according to project requirements;
- Experience with POS (Point-of-Sale) hardware implementation or support is highly desirable.
- Understand and consolidate customer needs, work out a project proposal (PPT), prepare tenders, and a delivery plan.
- Lead and organize the entire project, including customer visits, group meetings, proposal presentation, high-level communication, tender/ bid preparation, consultant interviews, etc
- Case analysis and provide a successful experience to the sales team
- Manage project activities to ensure timely delivery, including identification of critical path, monitoring and driving completion of interdependent activities, and adjusting project schedules to achieve overall completion deadline
- Analyze and document requirements by liaising with a range of people, including the sales team, product team, finance team, and customer support team, drawing together information needs across a distributed organization
- Establish and prepare project plans, risk management plans, project milestones, and deliverables in consultation with different stakeholders
- Manage the implementation of the project on a daily basis with regard to schedules, budget, manpower, and quality
- Manage the scope definition and change control mechanism
- Escalate and discuss project overrun issues, scope creep, integration issues, and resource requirements to CSO and CPO.
- Manage the integration of various components of the project, including hardware, software installation, testing, business process review, and redesign.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the IT industry.
- Strong mathematical analysis ability, familiar with the ideas and methods of problem solving;
- Excellent ability to learn quickly, strong desire to explore unknown areas;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, and able to communicate effectively with the company\’s management and peers to obtain support
- Have management experience in large teams/projects, through goal-driven, multi-department and multi-team, leading the team to achieve KPIs;
- Good at PPT and presentation skills
- Passionate, responsible, self-driven, like innovative and challenging work.
