Manages and oversees all aspects of marine repairs to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframe and budgetary parameters.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Ensure all personnel with action items are held accountable and that realistic need dates are set and held.
- Attend required project meetings (Weekly Project Review, CO Brief, etc.).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Oversight of the project production and support personnel assigned to the project.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Frequently requires overtime. Minimal exposure to extreme temperatures, high noise levels, toxic or caustic chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, outdoor weather conditions, dusty conditions, wet and/or humid conditions, hazardous machinery.
