Overview:
The Manager of Digital Strategy will be responsible for developing and implementing the digital strategy of Process Automation organization. This role involves identifying digital opportunities, creating digital transformation roadmaps, and ensuring that digital initiatives align with business objectives to drive growth and innovation. The Manager of Digital Strategy collaborates with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, product management, and operations, to integrate digital technologies and strategies into the company’s overall business plan. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the Process Automation business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize digital opportunities and initiatives to drive business growth and innovation.
- Develop digital transformation roadmaps and implement best practices to drive change.
- Implement digital transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, product management, and operations teams to integrate digital strategies into the overall business plan.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape.
- Use data-driven insights to inform digital strategies and decision-making.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders throughout the digital strategy lifecycle
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools.
- Ensure continuous improvement processes to enhance the effectiveness of digital strategies aligned to latest advancements in digital technologies & strategies.
