The Distributor Account Manager will be responsible for implementing the EMEA distribution strategy and delivering above market growth in the Nordic market. This includes assessing existing partners, developing growth plans, and on-boarding new partners to grow Norgren market share. Face to face visits and travel across the UK are essential for success, especially the North.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Distribution Director for EMEA
- Assess existing distribution partners and develop plans for improvement or replacement as necessary.
- Use the Kornferry Effective Partner Plans to drive growth in existing and new partners.
- Identify and on-board chosen niche distributors to drive growth in selected markets and technologies.
- Work with distribution partners and their end customers to develop high-quality growth opportunities.
- Fully implement the company pricing strategy.
- Utilize Company tools, including Salesforce, to improve visibility of customer activity and maximize growth opportunities.
- Track customer NPS and develop strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with other Distributor Account Managers to share best practices and successes.
- Work with the customer service team to drive distributors towards self-sufficiency through digital tools.
- Support and drive sales campaigns in the area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of technical and/or commercial sales experience.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook), and comfortable with using a CRM system in your day to day sales activities (Salesforce).
- Good English Communication.
