Overview
The Project Management Office (PMO) supports strategic projects within Climate Control, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Management Officer will handle complex, cross-functional projects in manufacturing engineering, including operations, revenue growth, digital customer experience, and data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor strategic projects, ensuring benefits are realized.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues.
- Develop KPIs, track progress, and report to stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Analyze project data to inform decisions.
- Manage resource allocation and budgets.
- Engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and manage expectations.
- Contribute to process improvements within the PMO.
Requirements and Skills
- Experience managing complex projects in manufacturing/engineering.
- Bachelor\’s degree in a related field.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Understanding of key business functions (R&D, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance).
- Proven project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects.
- Digital literacy related to IT systems and data analytics.
- Leadership skills: motivate teams, resolve conflicts, delegate effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams.
