Role Overview
In the Interim HR Coordinator role, you will be working closely with multiple stakeholders from different countries, including our Heatmiser site in Blackburn. You will play a key role in supporting the HR operations tasks in all aspects of a full employee life cycle for our site in Blackburn and the different ongoing Group HR initiatives (performance & talent development, employee engagement, HRIS and HR operational excellence). You will report to the HR GEO Leader and work closely with the HR Advisor in the UK and the HR community across the regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR Advisor in delivering operations tasks and local programs and initiatives roll-out in the UK.
- Support the HR GEO Leaders in delivering operations in several European countries.
- Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems (Success Factors) and any other systems.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding administration, including preparing contracts, collecting documentation, coordinating induction activities.
- Process changes to employee data (e.g., personal details, role changes, pay changes).
- Prepare letters of employment, contract amendments, and other HR correspondence.
- Support Recruitment activities (interviews scheduling and preparation of job postings).
- Provide administrative support for pre-employment checks and offer processes.
- Support benefits administration, enrolment updates, and employee queries.
- Prepare the monthly payroll variations.
- Track leave of absence requests, sickness reporting, and return-to-work documentation.
- Support HR projects as required.

Critical Competencies for Success
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships and influence key decision makers.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and HRIS platforms.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
- Solid experience in an HR operations or coordinator role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Familiarity with GDPR and HR data privacy requirements.
- CIPD qualification desirable but not essential.
