IMH Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our clients team in Wath, Rotherham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse environment, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high standards of safety and organisation. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and also, to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Loading and unloading of materials.
- Wrapping materials ready for dispatch.
- Use a handheld scanner.
- Operate machinery safely.
- Engage in materials handling tasks, including preparing orders accurately for dispatch.
- Perform heavy lifting as required.
- Other duties as requested.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment.
Skills
- Experience in a warehouse setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform materials handling tasks efficiently.
