We’re looking for a proactive and forward-thinking H&S / Compliance Manager to take ownership of health, safety, and environmental standards across multiple sites in Lincolnshire — with a real opportunity to make a lasting impact.
The Role
- Managing and maintaining H&S and compliance standards across all sites
- Conducting risk assessments, audits, and inspections
- Developing and implementing policies in line with legal and company requirements
- Supporting and training staff to build a strong H&S culture
- Liaising with regulators and external bodies
- Driving continuous improvement across HSE practices
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within heavy industry (waste & recycling, mining, quarrying, or similar)
- Environmental qualification such as WAMITAB Level 4 (desirable)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence positive change
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
