Key Responsibilities: * Carry out retrofit assessments on domestic properties in line with PAS 2035 requirements. * Conduct property surveys and gather all relevant data. * Identify energy efficiency improvement measures. * Produce accurate assessment reports and recommendations. * Work closely with retrofit coordinators, site teams, and clients. * Ensure all work complies with current industry standards and regulations. Requirements: * Qualified Retrofit Assessor (Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor/Retrofit Assessor qualification). * Experience working within social housing is highly desirable. * Strong knowledge of PAS 2035 and retrofit processes. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Full UK Driving Licence.
