The Role
- Proactively contacting B2B clients to promote our recruitment services
- Selling IMH Recruitment services nationwide
- Managing client accounts and overseeing service delivery
- Attending client meetings both face-to-face and via Microsoft Teams
- Negotiating terms of business and fees
- Handling objections and positioning our services against competitors
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Managing your own desk with the freedom to target companies across the UK
About You
- Minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience
- Proven sales experience with a target-driven mindset
- Confident and proactive when picking up the phone
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Full UK driving licence
