IMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced picker/packer for our client in Wath Upon Dearne to start as soon as possible.
Duties:
- Pick and pack customer sample orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring safe handling and professional presentation at all times.
- Work to tight deadlines in a busy department, responding to high volumes of customer requests.
- Monitor sample stock levels, identifying shortages and supporting replenishment to maximise daily dispatch capacity.
- Ensure all samples meet quality standards so customers receive the correct items first time.
- Maintain attention to detail to reduce errors and improve customer satisfaction.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to support continuous improvement within the mailroom process.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily operational targets.
Requirements:
- Picking/Packing within a Warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Confident working in fast-paced environments.
- Reliable team player.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
Hours & Pay:
- 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday 08.00am to 16.30pm.
- £12.60 per hour (£26,208.00 per annum).
- Weekly pay whilst through the agency!
