IMH Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner for our client based in Bury (BL2). This is a minimum 3-month agency contract, working on responsive repairs and maintenance across council properties throughout the borough.

Duties:

  • Carry out joinery repairs and general multi-skilled maintenance
  • Complete responsive repairs in occupied and void council properties
  • Use a tablet/PDA to receive and complete work orders and order materials
  • Work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
  • Multi-skilled experience with own tools
  • Experience working in property maintenance or social housing
  • Confident using tablets/PDAs for job management
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points
  • Knowledge of safe working practices

Hours & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • £23.00 - £25.00 per hour
  • Weekly pay via agency!
