IMH Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner for our client based in Bury (BL2). This is a minimum 3-month agency contract, working on responsive repairs and maintenance across council properties throughout the borough.
Duties:
- Carry out joinery repairs and general multi-skilled maintenance
- Complete responsive repairs in occupied and void council properties
- Use a tablet/PDA to receive and complete work orders and order materials
- Work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
- Multi-skilled experience with own tools
- Experience working in property maintenance or social housing
- Confident using tablets/PDAs for job management
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points
- Knowledge of safe working practices
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
- £23.00 - £25.00 per hour
- Weekly pay via agency!
