IMH Recruitment are seeking a skilled Painter for our client in Leicester, LE4.
Duties:
- Painting of void properties and tenanted properties
- Treating and painting areas affected by damp and mould
- Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards
- Following health and safety procedures on site
Requirements for the role:
- Minimum 3 years painting experience
- NVQ Level 2 in Painting or equivalent
- CSCS card preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence essential
- Experience in social housing or council properties preferred
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
- Typical working hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm or 8:30am – 4:30pm (exact hours confirmed at interview).
- £15.08 – £16.36 per hour, depending on experience.
- Weekly pay whilst through the agency!
