Provide hands-on HR support during a period of organisational change. Focus areas include employee relations, absence management, disciplinary and grievance cases, and supporting operational managers across the Waste Management service.
Responsibilities
- Manage 5–7 active ER cases
- Advise on policy, compliance, and restructures
- Reduce absence rates through OH and manager support
- Engage with trade unions and resolve formal grievances
- Help embed cultural and workforce changes

- Confident advising managers and working independently
- Level 5 qualification in relevant area
