IMH Recruitment are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join their client based in Hellaby.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks and stock checks.
- Receive, unload, and store incoming materials in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders effectively.
- Use of handheld scanners.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production goals.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, stack and retrieve stock.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Basic Mathematics, reading and writing skills essential.
Hours and pay:
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
- £12.60 per hour / £24,665 per annum.
