IMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced Family Court Disclosure Supervisor to join our client’s Criminal Records Unit in Manchester, M40.

About the Role:

  • Supervise a team of 15 staff within the Family Court Disclosure Team.
  • Manage performance, provide feedback, and support staff development.
  • Ensure disclosure work for family court cases is completed accurately and on time.
  • Create and provide performance data for the Unit Manager and Head of Branch.
  • Attend court and liaise with police and external agencies as required.
  • Maintain compliance with data protection, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
  • Hybrid working available after training; office attendance required for key tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supervising staff in an administrative/clerical environment.
  • Strong performance management, mentoring, and coaching skills.
  • Knowledge of family court or legal processes is beneficial but not essential.
  • Competent with IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • GCSE or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a Criminal Records Unit or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of disclosure, child protection, and care proceedings policies.
  • A DBS check may be required.
  • A Full UK Driving licence is preferable but not essential.

Hours & Pay:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm.
  • £17.30 Per Hour.
  • Weekly Pay via Agency.
