IMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced Family Court Disclosure Supervisor to join our client’s Criminal Records Unit in Manchester, M40.
About the Role:
- Supervise a team of 15 staff within the Family Court Disclosure Team.
- Manage performance, provide feedback, and support staff development.
- Ensure disclosure work for family court cases is completed accurately and on time.
- Create and provide performance data for the Unit Manager and Head of Branch.
- Attend court and liaise with police and external agencies as required.
- Maintain compliance with data protection, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
- Hybrid working available after training; office attendance required for key tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supervising staff in an administrative/clerical environment.
- Strong performance management, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Knowledge of family court or legal processes is beneficial but not essential.
- Competent with IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- GCSE or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
- Experience in a Criminal Records Unit or similar environment.
- Knowledge of disclosure, child protection, and care proceedings policies.
- A DBS check may be required.
- A Full UK Driving licence is preferable but not essential.
Hours & Pay:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm.
- £17.30 Per Hour.
- Weekly Pay via Agency.
